With reference to my despatch No.487 of
21st September, 1933, regarding a claim for Hong Kong
estate duty in respect of the estate of the late R.E.
Belilios, I have the honour to transmit an Original
Writ of Subpoena ad Respondendum issued on the 26th
November, 1934, against Vera Carlotta Belilios and
others together with four copies for service, and to
request that steps may be taken to effect personal
service on each of the persons addressed.

After service has been effected it will
be necessary to return the original writ to this Colony
accompanied by an affidavit (or affidavits) of service.
I shall be glad if the Crown Agents for
the Colonies may be instructed to pay from Hong Kong
funds any expenses incurred in effecting service of
these documents.
